🌈No refunds: All sales are final and we do not offer refunds for any reason. Please make sure you are satisfied with your selection before completing the checkout process.
🌈Exchanges within 7 days: If you receive a damaged or defective item, you may exchange it for the same item within 7 days of delivery. To request an exchange, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, and a photo of the problem. We will send you a confirmation email with instructions on how to return the original item and receive the new one.
🌈We charge a flat rate for shipping that always includes insurance. Shipping may be free for certain products, but will still include insurance. We will contact you for larger, international, or custom orders that require more coverage or a different shipping method. We do not do COD.
